CEO’s Message

After spending the past 16 years with Higher Educationl Business, I feel very privileged to be writing this message as the chief executive officer of Queen’s Group. This is a special time in our company’s history as we celebrate our 16th anniversary. We began our journey in, 2002, and have spent nearly past two decades continuing to build our company, which has now become synonymous.

I am pleased to announce that we have invested in a Singapore scholarship program in 2008 which was worth about 65 million Sri Lankan rupees. From 2009 to 2011 we were able to award 188 scholarships for students for higher studies in Singapore which was a great success in my carrier. This was a great relief for their parents and to Sri Lankan economy. I’m happy to inform you that almost all these students are working after their studies and earn significant salaries in Singapore.

My intention is to provide best and timely facilities for the talented students to do their higher studies in the countries of Singapore, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zeeland, Russia, India and China.

Looking ahead, we are focused on expanding our service to award Honorary Doctorates for successful Sri Lankans who have contributed to the mother land, with collaboration of University Grants Commission approved foreign universities. This will be a key milestone of Queens group’s journey. I am incredibly excited about this and truly believe the best of is yet to come.

Academic Head Massage

Year 2012 was a big milestone for QIA PVT LTD. from consulting we moved to supplying of higher studies. We were able to open our own campus under the registered name of Queen’s International Business Campus (Pvt) Ltd; in our own building in Godagama on the 28th of October 2012. The campus boats a main office, reception, library, four class rooms, an IT room, lecture’s rest room and an auditorium on third floor for 300 packs. In QIB Campus the students will be able complete their first year and second year those who qualify for the final year will be given scholarships to study in Singapore and New Zealand. I understand that the students who are planning to do their higher studies in overseas should have sound knowledge in English Language. As QIB will conduct free English classes the students and the parents will be beneficiaries of the free classes offered to them.

Also I wish to inform the management that the below stated responsibilities to be carried out by all the teachers while in the classes;

• Before teaching see that the lesson Details ready
• Work out plan for the year
• Give detailed information on the activity
• Make sure that everything in order
• See that all the student take part in activities
• Go to every student check around the class
• Make the students comfortable
• Be sure to recognize the lesson difficulties
• Use Class room English
